When you place an order we only collect what is needed to fulfil it: name, phone, WhatsApp number, city, address and any notes you add. When you use the contact form we store your name, contact details and message.
2How we use it
We use your data to prepare your order, contact you about it, arrange pickup or delivery and answer your questions. We do not use it for other purposes without your consent.
3Sharing
We never sell or rent your data. We may share your address and phone with a courier only when you choose delivery.
4WhatsApp
Clicking “Send order via WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp on your device with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you tap “Send” yourself. The chat is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
5Cookies
We only use essential cookies to keep your cart and language. We do not use advertising trackers.
6Data security
Data is stored on protected servers and we apply reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorised access.
