1Standard products
Non-custom products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition.
2Custom products
Made-to-order products (names, special sizes or colours) cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or differ from what was agreed.
3Defects & damage
If your product arrives broken or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and we will reprint it or compensate you.
4How to request
Contact us on WhatsApp or via the contact page with your order number and the reason.
5Costs
If the fault is ours we cover the exchange costs. Otherwise the customer covers delivery costs.
6Refunds
Refunds are made using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
