How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, click “Checkout” and fill in your details. After confirming, you will see a button that opens WhatsApp with your order message ready to send.
Do I need an account?
No. You can order with just your name and phone number, and track the order with the order number and phone.
How do I pay?
There is no online payment at the moment. Payment is made on pickup/delivery or as agreed when the order is confirmed on WhatsApp.
How long does it take?
Usually 2–7 working days depending on the size of the piece and the level of customisation. We will confirm the exact timing.
Can you print my own design?
Yes! Send us your design file (STL/OBJ) or a photo and an idea, and we will give you a quote.
What materials do you use?
Mainly PLA and PETG, plus other materials when strength, flexibility or heat resistance are needed.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to most areas; the cost depends on the area and is agreed on confirmation. You can also pick up yourself.
How can I track my order?
On the “Track order” page, enter your order number and phone number to see the current status and history.
